Day 1: Airport – Fes

Upon your arrival time, we will pick you up and drive you to your riad a the heart of the Medina of Fes

day 2  : Fes – Fes

One day discovery of the city of Fes, cultural capital and the oldest of the Imperial Cities of the country, which was for centuries the cultural and religious center of the western Islamic world, and was declared by UNESCO World Heritage Site, its labyrinthine streets structured by guilds of potters, dyers … and the bustle of its people will transport you back centuries, as it is a medieval city that endures over time, 1200 years after its founding the monuments that we can visit: Medersas (Koranic schools): Bouanania, Attarin. Souks, Fes El-Jedid, the Karaouine Mosque, and the rest of the afternoon free.

Day 3: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Sahara Desert

As dawn breaks, embark on a journey through the picturesque Middle Atlas, passing through the charming town of Ifrane, often referred to as the “Moroccan Switzerland,” and the quaint village of Azrou. Pause amidst the cedar forest to encounter Barbary apes at the famous Cedre Goraud Tree. Continuing southward, witness the nomadic way of life, catch glimpses of volcanic formations, and savor lunch in the town of Midelt. Traverse the scenic Tizi N’Talghomt Pass, treating yourself to breathtaking panoramic vistas. Admire the beauty of Ziz Gorge and the azure waters of Barrage Hassan Al-Dakhil near Errachidia. Journey on to Erfoud, where you’ll pause for a captivating view of Aoufous palmeraie along the Ziz River before venturing off-road to your hotel nestled at the base of the dunes in Merzouga. Indulge in dinner and unwind for the night in comfortable accommodations.

Day 4: Exploration of Erg Chebbi Desert – Camel Ride & Desert Camp Night:

After a satisfying breakfast, embark on an enriching exploration of the region. Visit nomads in their traditional goat-hair tents, gaining insights into desert life. Immerse yourself in the culture of the Gnaoua people, listening to their captivating music and learning about their heritage. Depending on the season, you may also visit the scenic Merzouga lake, home to diverse bird species like flamingos. In the afternoon, venture into the mesmerizing sand-sea of Erg Chebbi, relishing the sight of golden dunes and the enchanting sunset. Enjoy a delicious dinner at the desert camp, spending the night under a canopy of stars or within the comfort of your tent, equipped with modern amenities.

Day 5: Sahara Desert – Rissani Market – Erfoud – Todra Gorges – Dades Gorges:

Awake to the call of your guide as dawn breaks, witnessing the breathtaking sunrise over the desert horizon before indulging in breakfast. Trek back to your hotel to freshen up, then set out for Rissani, where you’ll explore Zawiya Moulay Ali ash-Sharif and wander through the bustling local market. Journey onwards to Tineghir, passing through Erfoud, renowned for its marble fossil industry. Marvel at the ancient irrigation canals known as Khatarat as you make your way to Tinejdad or Tineghir for lunch. Afterward, embark on a scenic hike through the majestic Todra Gorges, with towering rock walls reaching heights of up to 300 meters. Conclude the day with a visit to the captivating Dades Gorges, where you’ll marvel at unique rock formations resembling human figures and monkey fingers. Retire for the night at a cozy hotel, enjoying dinner amidst stunning natural surroundings.

Day 6: Dades Gorges – Roses Valley – Skoura – Ouarzazate:

Following breakfast, set out to explore the striking rock formations of Dades Gorges once more. Traverse the rugged Boutghrar trail, encountering nomadic families living in caves and sampling traditional tea. Continue your journey to El-Kelaâ M’Gouna, where you’ll enjoy a delightful lunch before continuing towards Ouarzazate. En route, marvel at the picturesque Valley of Roses, the Valley of a Thousand Kasbahs, and the verdant Skoura palmerie. Make a stop at the magnificent Kasbah of Amerhidil in Skoura Oasis, surrounded by lush palm groves and the majestic Atlas Mountains. Arrive in Ouarzazate, where you’ll be captivated by the grandeur of the Taourirt Kasbah, built by the Glaoui dynasty. Conclude the day with dinner and a comfortable night’s rest at a hotel in Ouarzazate.

Day 7: Ouarzazate – Aït Benhaddou – Telouet – Atlas Mountains – Marrakech:

Begin your day with a visit to the renowned Atlas Films Studios, offering insights into Morocco’s vibrant film industry. Continue to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Aït Benhaddou, a stunning kasbah steeped in history and famed for its appearances in numerous films. Journey onwards to Telouet, where you’ll explore the remarkable Kasbah of Telouet and indulge in a leisurely lunch. Traverse the scenic Tizi n’Tichka Pass, pausing to capture photos of the breathtaking High Atlas Mountains and charming Berber villages. Arrive in vibrant Marrakech and transfer to your chosen hotel, marking the end of your memorable journey through the captivating landscapes of Morocco.

Day 8 : Marrakech – Marrakech

In the early hours of the day, we leave accompanied by an official guide of the city for a visit of the most important historical monuments of Marrakech. We will see the Jemaa El Fna Square, the old medina, the minaret of the Koutoubia, the Bahia Palace, Majorelle Gardens, the famous Koranic school ben youssef. Rest of the afternoon free

Day 9 : Marrakech – Airport

Our 9 days  Sahara Desert Tour , finished while  we transfer you to the airport, and end of our services.
